Service Description

Shirodhara is perhaps the most well-known ayurveda treatment. After a brief body massage, a gentle stream of warmed herbal oil is poured continuously on the forehead. This deeply relaxing treatment helps relieve stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. Guests are recommended to rest in their room for an hour or two after the treatment. Contraindications: fever (cold/flu), cuts to the head, a recent neck injury or mental health condition.
