COURSE DETAIL :

 

DAY 1 :

Theory - Introduction to Ayurveda Herbology (Bhaisajya Kalpana) Importance of Rasa, Guna, Virya, Vipaka

 

Practical - Panchvidhkasaya Kalpana (5 basic preparations in Ayurveda to be incorporated in daily life)

DAY 2 :

Theory –

• Important Pharmaceutical preparations available in market along with their dosage and uses.

• Role of Anupana (carrier)

• Role of Matra (Dose of herbs)

 

Practical – Preparation of Takra and Rasayana (at least 3 as per the constitution)

​

DAY 3 :

Theory - Learning about 10 important Indian herbs.

​

Practical – Preparation of medicated oil/ghee.

​

 

ELIGIBILITY; Anybody can learn (at least a basic knowledge of Ayurveda should be there)
